The venue is adorned with luxurious features such as grand chandeliers, immersive projections, a large LED screen, a sizable stage, professional lighting and sound system, and a grand piano. It can host up to 200 seated guests or 300 standing guests. There are different packages to choose from to align with your specific needs, desires, and budget.

• Maximum 4 hours event duration.

• Additional hours available at hourly rate.

• Events must end by 11 PM. Extra fee and JCPD required for events past 11 PM.

• FREE venue rental if food consumption exceeds:

$6,500 for the entire hall

$3,600 for half hall

• Outside Caterer Fee: $800 (if required).

• Security: $65/hr per unarmed guard (1 per 100 guests), or $150/hr per armed call-duty JCPD officer.

• Load in/out & Storage: $500 for load-in/out outside rental time or overnight storage (Venue not responsible for lost damaged items).

We offer versatile bar services tailored to your preferences. Choose from the following options or discuss customized selections with our event manager:

A. Bar Menu Ordering:

Explore our diverse menu offerings.

B. Open Bar with Drink Tickets:

Enjoy flexibility at $20 to $25 per ticket, allowing for 2 drinks per ticket from our selected menu.

C. Cash Bar:

Guests have the choice to pay at the cashier or include charges on the final bill at your discretion.

Payment & Deposit Policy:


• A non-refundable 50% of the Venue Rental Price is due with the signed rental agreement to reserve the event date.

• 30 days before the event, the Customer must provide an Initial Guest Count, select a menu, and pay 50% of the food and the remaining Venue Rental Price, or the Venue may cancel the booking without a refund.

• A Final Guest Count and menu changes are due 7 business days before the event. Any reductions in Event Price will not exceed 20% without the Venue’s consent.

• The Event Price will increase pro-rata for additional guests beyond the Final Guest Count. The Venue’s guest count is final.

• The remaining Event Price is due 3 business days before the event.

Renters Checklist:

No confetti, open flames, sparklers, rice, bubbles, or smoking inside the Venue (smoking forfeits the deposit).

Return Venue and Amenities in the condition received.

Do not tack, nail, adhere, or tape anything to surfaces. Obtain Venue permission for hanging items.
